I vividly remember the All Whites making the 1982 World Cup Finals in Spain....football went mental at primary school, Europa petrol stations had these really cheap footballs that were so light you could curl them like a pro...and you could easily make your own uniform...all you needed was a white tshirt and shorts and some black insulation tape.
